1.2. Confirmation: Each confirmed reservation, as detailed in the Booking Confirmation Email, constitutes a binding agreement. The company commits to providing a parking space for the specified duration; however, the reservation does not guarantee a specific numbered spot.

2. Definitions

  • "User/You": Any individual or entity making a reservation.

  • "Vehicle": Any motorized wheeled vehicle parked within our premises.

  • "Parking Duration": The period from the confirmed entry time until the final exit.

  • "Damage": Includes personal injury, property loss, vehicle theft, or any material/immaterial loss.

3. Liability & Force Majeure

3.1. Company Liability: AIR-PARK Kalamata is liable only for damages occurring within its designated parking areas during the vehicle’s stay, provided the damage was not caused by the owner, driver, or a third party.

3.2. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for cancellations or damages caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, extreme storms).

  • War, riots, or armed conflicts.

  • Airport closures or technical transportation issues.

3.3. Alternative Solutions: If we cannot provide the booked service, we reserve the right to cancel the contract or offer an alternative parking solution. Users will be notified as early as possible.

4. Parking Rules & Safety

4.1. General Usage: Parking areas are exclusively for vehicle storage.

4.2. Security Measures: Users must ensure vehicles are locked, windows are closed, and no valuables, pets, or persons remain inside.

4.3. Damage Reporting: Any user who causes damage to other vehicles or our facilities must:

  1. Notify AIR-PARK staff immediately.

  2. Report the incident to the local police.

  3. Inform their insurance provider.

4.4. Prohibited Acts: Towing, vehicle repairs, fuelling, littering, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited on the premises.

5. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

5.1. Accuracy: Bookings are valid only for the specified dates and times.

5.2. Flexibility: Reservations can be modified or cancelled at no additional cost.

5.3. Extensions: Any stay exceeding the original booking time will be charged according to current daily rates.
